ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY:

The regatta is open to all boats of the Laser, Laser Radial, and Laser 4.7 classes.  Entries will be taken for age-group and Women’s divisions within each class, e.g. Youth; Open; Women’s Open; Masters. Each division with six or more entries will be scored separately for prizes.

accompanied by the discounted early entry fee of $15 per entry for junior and youth sailors or $30 per entry for others. Entries will be accepted at the clubhouse from 8:30am on regatta day with entry fees of $20 & $35 respectively.

SCHEDULE:

Briefing scheduled for 9:30 am at the clubhouse. Five races are scheduled for the series. Three races to be completed to constitute a series. Warning signal for race 1 scheduled for 10:15am. First three races are scheduled back to back. Warning signal for race 4 scheduled for 2:00pm. Fourth and fifth races are scheduled back to back.

RULES:

The regatta will be governed by the ‘rules’ as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing 2005-2008, by the Auckland Centreboard Clubs Standard Sailing Instructions version 2005-02, and by YNZ Safety Regulations Part 1.Copies of the Standard Sailing Instructions will be available at the clubhouse on regatta day.
