Delivery Information
| We try to keep delivery costs to an absolute minimum whilst offering the best possible delivery service. Delivery costs will depend on the weight and size of the items you have ordered and your location. When you checkout you will be shown the
delivery options available you the associated costs. NZ Delivery Where possible we offer three delivery options. Collection We welcome collection from our Gulf Harbour Office. Just place your order on-line and we will email you to arrange a time to pick up. Standard Delivery Average delivery times for 'in stock' items are 1-4 days for this service. Smaller items will be sent via NZ Post and larger or more expensive items may be sent by Courier. Courier items will require a signature on delivery and it is preferable to state a business delivery address where possible as residential addresses are often more difficult to locate resulting in a possible delay. Please note that if our couriers find that there is nobody available to sign for the package, a notification card will be posted at the delivery address and the package returned to the depot. It is your responsibility to then contact the courier company to arrange re-delivery or collection within the indicated timescale. Failure to do this will result in the package being returned to us and you will be responsible for the return delivery costs. Outside NZ Smaller items will be sent by International Economy Airmail and larger or more expensive items will be sent by International Courier. Please note that when you place your order, you will authorise delivery costs up to NZD$20 which should cover the cost of smaller items. If this is insufficient to cover the cost of delivery, we will e-mail you a to see if you want to pay extra and hold your order until we receive your confirmation. |
